Certification will be issued by The Waverley Academy and insured by AIT

Entry Criteria

You do not need a qualification to attend this course. It is open to therapists and non-therapists.

*Non qualified persons will receive an Introduction to Indian Head Massage certificate which can be exchanged for professional one on completion of some pre/post home study on A&P

Qualified persons

Evidence of your qualification will need to be provided before we can issue certification (ideally before training commences or on first day of programme)

About

Indian Head Massage can be a relaxing or stimulating treatment applied to the head, neck, shoulders and arms. It reduces muscle tension, stimulates circulation, and helps alleviate headaches and eye strain. It is a very effective treatment, as it directly targets many of the areas that result in stress and strain in the shoulders, neck and head.

This course will teach you the fundamentals of the classical strokes of this ancient treatment, which continues to be one of the most sought after treatments in the holistic world.
