Entrance to Waverley Business Park & Waverley Academy D12 Old Naas Road
- Behind MacDonald’s on the junction of Kylemore Road & Naas Road.
- 3 minute drive from Red Cow interchange – exit 9 on the M50.
- 2 minute walk from bus routes – 13, 68A, 69 –
- 2 minute walk from Luas light rail Kylemore Stop.
- Luas light rail also links to & from Dublin City Centre and Dublin Docklands via Heuston and Connolly stations (journey time of approx 20/30 minutes).

Public Transport
When alighting from Buses/Luas proceed to the pathway which is fronted by McDonald’s and FBD insurance building.
Walk towards the FBD building and take the first turn right (up some small steps beside the bus stop)
Proceed for approx 50 metres when you will see a white sign on your right with a coloured “W” for The Waverley Academy. Turn right into the courtyard (see picture above) and proceed under the archway. The Waverley Academy is immediately on your right.

Traveling from Dublin City Centre and Davitt road Directions to merge with the Naas Road N7
Travelling from City Centre and Davitt road directions you will merge with the Naas Road passing by Bluebell. From Naas Rd R110, turn right at major junction of Naas Road and Kylemore Road onto Kylemore Road R112. You will pass McDonalds on the left corner of the junction.
Turn left at next set of traffic lights at the Cabana Cafe (large white building) formerly the Kylemore House pub. This brings you onto The Old Naas Rd, (you will pass the back entrance to McDonalds on your left).
The Waverley Academy is approx 200 metres on your left directly opposite the Irish Farm Centre and AIB Bank.
Turn left into Waverley Business Park car park
Entering the Car Park
Waverley business park can be identified by an archway between two buildings. It is fronted by two small granite walls with a red & white security barrier across the entrance.
Drive your vehicle slowly up to the front of the red and white security barrier (as close as possible). The barrier will open automatically. Proceed under the archway. The Waverley Academy is immediately on your right.

Traveling from Walkinstown and Longmile Road Directions
From Walkinstown Ave, Travel straight across junction at Naas Rd onto Kylemore Rd passing McDonald’s on your left.
Turn left at next set of traffic lights at the Cabana Cafe (large white building) formerly the Kylemore House pub onto The Old Naas Rd.(you will pass the back entrance to McDonald’s on your left)

Travelling from Nangor Road Directions (Clondalkin Direction)
Approaching the end of the Nangor road move into left lane to turn left to merge with the Naas road N7.
Take next left turn at FBD insurance building. Proceed 50 metres and on your right hand side you will see a white sign with a coloured W for The Waverley Academy. Turn right into the car park. See instructions at the bottom of the page for entering the car park

Travelling from Kylemore Road (Ballyfermot Direction)
Pass the Sheldon Park Hotel on your left. Take next right turn at traffic lights onto the Old Naas Road passing the Cabana Cafe (large white building) formerly the Kylemore House pub
Proceed approx 200 metres passing the back entrance to McDonald’s on your left.
Take the next left turn into The Waverley Academy in Waverley Business Park (it is directly opposite AIB Bank and The Irish Farm Centre)

Travelling from Nass/Kildare M7/N9/M9/Belgard Road directions and merging with N7 (The Waverley Academy is approx 5 minute drive from Newlands Cross junction)
Pass through Newlands Cross junction. Follow signs for City Centre on the N7, stay in right hand or middle lane.
Follow signs for City Centre/Inchicore proceeding through Red Cow interchange. Move into middle lane of the N7 (the Red Cow in will be over to your right.)
Pass straight through major junction (Woodies DIY and Hino Harris truck company will be on your left).
Take next left turn at FBD insurance building.
Proceed 50 metres and on your right hand side you will see a white sign with a coloured W for The Waverley Academy. Turn right into the car park.

Travelling M50 Southbound from M1/N2/N3/M4/N4 directions (The Waverley Academy is approx 2 minutes drive from exit 9 on M50 Southbound)
These directions are also suitable for anyone traveling from Cavan/Blanchardstown directions and using the N4 (passing Liffey Valley) to merge with M50 Southbound
On M50 Southbound move into left hand lane on your approach to take exit 9. (you will need to be in the extreme left hand lane close to the yellow line)
Stay in the left hand lane close to the yellow line following white sign overhead for City centre/Inchicore. Prepare to merge with N7 Naas Road
When you merge with N7, move into middle lane (the Red Cow in will be over to your right)
Pass straight through major junction (Woodies DIY and Hino Harris truck company will be on your left)
Take next left turn at FBD insurance building.

Travelling M50 Northbound from Wicklow/Wexford/N11/Dundrum/Sandyford directions (The Waverley Academy is approx 3 minutes drive from exit 9 on M50 Northbound)
On M50 Northbound on approaching exit 9, move into left lane to prepare to take exit 9.
When you take exit 9 stay in the right hand lane following the white sign overhead for City Centre/Inchicore.
Follow signs for City Centre/Inchicore proceeding through Red Cow interchange.
Move into middle lane of the N7 when you have passed through Red Cow interchange, (the Red Cow Inn will be over to your right).
Pass straight through major junction (Woodies DIY and Hino Harris truck company will be on your left.
Take next left turn at FBD insurance building. Proceed 50 metres and on your right hand side you will see a white sign with a coloured “W” for The Waverley Academy. Turn right into the car park.

Waverley Academy Swords Road Dublin 9 Location
Ideally located above the forecourt of the Maxol garage beside the Omni Park shopping centre on the Swords Road and is 5 minutes from Dublin Airport, Dublin City Centre and exit 4 of M50. It services North Co Dublin and areas extending towards Dundalk and inland towards Cavan. It is accessible by main roads including M1, N2 and N3. It is also serviced by major bus routes which stop outside Omni Park shopping centre. You can also locate Waverley Academy Swords Road on Google maps
How to find us
Approaching from the swords/airport direction. Proceed along the Swords Road till you see Omni Park shopping centre on your right. Proceed past the shopping centre for approx 100 metres and you will see Maxol garage on your right. Waverley Academy is above the forecourt of the Maxol garage. Enter using door beside Santry Motor Sales (you will see The Waverley Academy sign to the right of the door). When you enter the doorway proceed up the stairway turning left at the top. Proceed to end of the hallway where you will see entrance to Waverley Academy.
Approaching from Dublin City Centre
Proceed along the Swords Road till you come to Maxol Garage on your left, (just before Omni Park shopping centre). Waverley Academy is above the forecourt of the Maxol garage enter using door beside Santry Motor Sales(you will see The Waverley Academy sign to the right of the door). When you enter doorway proceed up the stairway turning left at the top. Proceed to end of the hallway where you will see entrance to Waverley Academy.
